Description

  • Lead end-to-end client-side implementations of software solutions, including integration and deployment in target environments.
  • Write custom integration layers, APIs, and wrappers for customer-specific implementations.
  • Design and build custom features, data pipelines, and platform extensions to fit client workflows and constraints.
  • Work directly with client engineering and business teams to scope requirements, troubleshoot issues, and align on technical roadmaps.
  • Translate business pain points into clear technical specifications for the development team.
  • Manage deployments across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid environments to ensure stable and compliant rollouts.
  • Build proof of concepts and MVPs to validate approaches and demonstrate value to stakeholders.
  • Define performance budgets, monitoring, and error-tracking practices to maintain reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Conduct code reviews, document architectures, and onboard client teams for handoff and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
  • Experience with big data tools, ML/AI pipelines, or data analytics platforms such as Spark, Snowflake, or dbt.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Integration Architecture.
  • Strong understanding of system design, API integration patterns including REST, GraphQL, and gRPC, and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
  • Strong database skills with both SQL and NoSQL, plus experience optimizing data pipelines or storage solutions.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills at C1 level, including presenting to developers and C-level executives.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Experience in FinTech or Healthcare (preferred).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform (preferred).
