Description

  • Conduct product demonstrations with prospective customers and Account Executives as part of the sales process.
  • Lead client workshops to gather data and process details, uncover current-state challenges, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Listen to customer pain points and connect their needs to LogicGate platform capabilities.
  • Configure LogicGate’s no-code platform for customized demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct webinars and assist with content creation such as white papers and blog posts.
  • Provide feedback to the Product team on potential features and represent the voice of prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation Management teams to support a seamless post-sale transition.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in GRC, Cyber Risk, or adjacent fields as a Solutions Engineer, Consultant, or Practitioner.
  • Experience tailoring and conducting software demonstrations or customer-facing presentations.
  • Ability to understand customer problems and communicate how LogicGate adds value.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and engagements simultaneously.
  • Interest in working on a team focused on winning new business and expanding customer accounts.
  • Experience selling, implementing, or administering GRC SaaS platforms (preferred).
  • Active exploration or use of generative AI platforms to optimize workflows (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with LogicGate’s Risk Cloud (preferred).
