Description

  • Oversee social commerce services, including affiliate programs, shoppable content, and storefront strategies across TikTok Shop and other platforms.
  • Conduct monthly performance and operational reviews, and share insights with division leads and R&D leadership.
  • Lead the development and rollout of scalable social commerce strategies aligned with client needs and profitability goals.
  • Drive adoption of social commerce offerings across affiliate networks, social marketplaces, and emerging commerce-enabled platforms.
  • Test, refine, and optimize new social commerce programs, storefront strategies, and affiliate partnerships before launch.
  • Support new business efforts by contributing to pitches, revenue forecasting, and pricing strategy for new commerce services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for commerce-driven platforms and manage platform partnerships and updates.
  • Manage one to two key commerce-driven client accounts and apply insights to improve execution and service offerings.
  • Host monthly cross-divisional commerce alignment meetings and share commerce trends, performance updates, and best practices.
  • Use AI, automation, and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve efficiency, outputs, and business processes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in scaling product quality and maintaining consistency across divisions.
  • Experience rolling out new service advancements, particularly using AI and automation.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared product vision.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Client-first mindset focused on measurable impact and customer satisfaction.
  • Deep experience managing relationships with major digital platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and TradeDesk.
  • Hands-on experience managing client accounts and applying innovations and best practices directly.
  • Strategic and detail-oriented approach with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to support or manage 1-2 client accounts and contribute to performance targets such as retention, NPS, and revenue per employee.
  • Ability to work legally in the U.S. and in a 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid environment.
