Description

  • Oversee social commerce services, including affiliate programs, shoppable content, and social storefront strategies.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and share insights with division leaders and R&D leadership.
  • Lead operational reviews to summarize performance trends and identify opportunities to improve social commerce offerings.
  • Build and maintain best practices and playbooks for affiliate-driven content, storefront management, and conversion optimization.
  • Lead the development and rollout of scalable social commerce strategies aligned with client needs and profitability goals.
  • Drive adoption of commerce offerings across affiliate networks, social marketplaces, and emerging commerce-enabled platforms.
  • Test, refine, and optimize new social commerce programs, storefront strategies, and affiliate partnerships before launch.
  • Support new business efforts through pitches, revenue forecasting, and pricing strategy for new commerce services.
  • Serve as the primary contact for commerce platforms and manage platform partnerships and monetization initiatives.
  • Manage 1-2 key commerce-driven client accounts and apply insights to improve execution and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Proven experience scaling product quality and maintaining consistency across divisions.
  • Experience rolling out new service advancements, particularly using AI and automation.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Client-first mindset with a focus on measurable impact and customer satisfaction.
  • Deep experience managing relationships with digital platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and TradeDesk.
  • Hands-on experience managing client accounts and applying innovations and best practices directly.
  • Experience using AI technologies to improve business processes and outputs.
  • Familiarity with Power Digital's Nova ecosystem is preferred.
