Description

  • Manage and grow select Global Systems Integrator partnerships to deliver joint business outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Drive business development, including co-selling, pipeline creation, new logo acquisition, and bookings growth.
  • Build, cultivate, and lead C-suite and senior executive relationships across partner organizations.
  • Structure and run Quarterly Business Reviews to track performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and strategic alignment.
  • Lead the design, adoption, and commercialization of embedded solutions and integrated service offerings within the partner portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary conduit between Rubrik field sales and the GSI partner ecosystem to align on opportunities and co-sell motions.
  • Present the combined Rubrik and GSI value proposition to internal stakeholders, customers, executive briefings, and industry events.
  • Identify top accounts and high-potential customers within the GSI ecosystem and execute structured interlocks for opportunity registration.
  • Manage partner adoption of Rubrik solutions by translating technical enablement into pipeline velocity and bookings growth.
  • Cultivate relationships with OEM and ISV partners such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft, and AWS to strengthen joint market reach.

Requirements

  • Proven success partnering with a named Global Systems Integrator, with depth in Managed Service Provider business units.
  • Track record of co-selling, pipeline development, and revenue growth within GSI partnerships.
  • Experience owning and navigating C-suite and senior executive relationships.
  • Experience structuring and leading Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Deep expertise in designing, adopting, and commercializing embedded solutions and integrated service offerings.
  • Ability to establish high-value executive engagement quickly and leverage existing relationships to accelerate impact.
  • Strong command of GSI sales processes and deal mechanics, including path-to-contract workflows.
  • Ability to support accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Experience working with OEM and ISV partners such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft, and AWS is preferred.
  • Location in the United States with in-market presence required; New Jersey preferred.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more, including domestic and international travel as needed.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $183,000-$198,000 USD for SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, and Seattle roles.
  • Base salary range of $166,000-$192,000 USD for all other U.S. offices or remote locations.
  • Eligibility to earn commissions under the company’s written Incentive Compensation Plan.
  • Eligibility for equity.
  • Benefits package included.
