Description

  • Own the Salesforce operating model for the GTM organization, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with Business Technology to manage backlog items, coordinate releases, and oversee system change processes.
  • Establish and maintain Salesforce data governance standards for data quality, security, access, and scalability.
  • Lead end-to-end GTM lifecycle architecture in Salesforce, including pipeline management, renewals forecasting, customer tracking, and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with internal operations, data, and finance teams to align Salesforce with other GTM systems and revenue reporting logic.
  • Map and improve processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create clear and scalable workflows.
  • Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce requirements and support implementation, testing, QA, and deployment coordination.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose system or process improvements across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Support troubleshooting, user support, and operational issue resolution related to CRM workflows.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of three specialists supporting Salesforce administration and GTM operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS or technology organization.
  • 2+ years of experience managing operational or systems-focused team members.
  • Experience owning CRM-driven GTM lifecycle and revenue operations processes, ideally in K-12 or another education-focused vertical.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, and process automation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and cross-functional requests.
  • Experience translating business needs into technical system requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with technical teams, GTM leaders, and Finance partners.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and operational reliability.
  • Experience in both U.S. and international markets strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting both Sales and Customer Success operational workflows preferred.
  • Experience managing CRM data governance and reporting standards within a growing SaaS organization preferred.
  • Background supporting SaaS GTM organizations with complex sales motions, such as multi-product, multi-region, or partner sales models, preferred.
