Description

  • Serve as the business owner of Salesforce by configuring fields, stages, workflows, and reports to match business operations.
  • Own the revenue tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools.
  • Evaluate, implement, and integrate tools that improve productivity and data quality.
  • Run the recurring forecasting process, including weekly pipeline reviews, bi-weekly forecast submissions, and monthly forecast-to-actual close-out summaries.
  • Build bottom-up and top-down forecasting models that convert CRM pipeline data into revenue projections for Finance and commercial leadership.
  • Partner with Finance and commercial leadership on go-to-market planning and revenue performance analysis.
  • Develop end-to-end reporting infrastructure with accurate, real-time pipeline and conversion data for leadership.
  • Lead sales enablement materials, process documentation, and training to support global go-to-market initiatives.
  • Implement scalable sales processes across the customer lifecycle, from lead generation through renewal and expansion.
  • Own data management practices, including field standardization, record hygiene, deduplication, and data governance.
  • Drive CRM adoption and data-entry discipline across the commercial team through enablement, accountability, and deal review practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related commercial operations function.
  • Deep hands-on experience building processes, owning systems, and producing reporting end-to-end.
  • Strong experience administering Salesforce and building Salesforce reporting; professional Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong analytical background with emphasis on revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis.
  • Ability to build and maintain bottom-up and top-down forecasting models and produce executive-level reporting.
  • Ability to quantify and track improvements in forecast accuracy over time.
  • Solid understanding of revenue metrics such as APV, NRR, churn, pipeline conversion rate, utilization, LTV, and CAC.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and driving organizational change.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation or sales enablement tools is a plus.
  • HubSpot administration experience is a plus.

  • Base salary of $100,000–$130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
