Description

  • Identify and engage high-fit accounts using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and other tools to build relationship maps and personalized outreach.
  • Develop a demand generation program from scratch with support from marketing leadership.
  • Maintain enough pipeline coverage to consistently deliver quality SQLs and first meetings against targets.
  • Build early-stage relationships with senior marketing and digital leaders and hold credible consultative conversations about SEO, paid media, analytics, and AI.
  • Partner with the BizDev team to make warm handoffs feel natural and effective.
  • Work with the marketing team to activate Seer thought leadership, webinars, events, and conference presence into demand.
  • Own CRM data and operational workflows in HubSpot, including data quality standards, targeting, and pipeline tracking.
  • Test messaging in the field, synthesize market feedback, and inform Seer’s positioning and outreach strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, SMEs, and marketing leadership to shape how the new function operates and scales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, outbound business development, or sales enablement with direct exposure to digital marketing services or an agency environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationship-driven pipeline from scratch rather than operating from an existing playbook.
  • Digital marketing fluency across SEO, paid media, analytics, and AI sufficient to speak credibly with senior marketing leaders.
  • HubSpot proficiency, including list building, data hygiene, and pipeline tracking.
  • Ability to carry executive-level conversations with CMOs and senior marketing leaders.
  • Self-directed and highly autonomous, with comfort defining your own approach with guidance from marketing and BizDev leadership.
  • Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work across internal teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and interest in helping shape a new role and function.
  • Agency, consultancy, or startup experience strongly preferred.
  • Excitement to apply AI tools to research, outreach, data analysis, and content creation.

  • Salary range of $100,000 to $125,000.
  • Quarterly performance bonus based on agreed-upon KPIs.
