Description

  • Develop and execute growth initiatives across acquisition, product adoption, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and performance campaigns.
  • Engage cybersecurity communities, practitioners, enterprise security teams, forums, conferences, and influencers to build awareness and qualified acquisition opportunities.
  • Build relationships with cybersecurity professionals, trainers, authors, and organizations for endorsements, partnerships, co-marketing, webinars, and thought leadership.
  • Execute email and lifecycle campaigns covering acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and subscriber growth.
  • Monitor website behavior and optimize landing pages, product pages, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.
  • Design, prioritize, and run A/B tests across pricing, messaging, offers, customer journeys, and acquisition channels.
  • Track commercial performance, including acquisition, revenue, conversion, retention, lifetime value, and marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Editorial, Marketing, CRM, Design, Data, and Sales teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Growth, or Growth/Product Management.
  • Demonstrated success driving B2C customer acquisition, conversion, and commercial growth.
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, CRM, email marketing, and customer segmentation.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization, customer journeys, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Experience working with technical communities, developer ecosystems, or cybersecurity audiences is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
