Description

  • Set the company-wide growth strategy across acquisition, ecommerce, and retention.
  • Manage and develop the Directors of Retention and Ecommerce, including goal setting, coaching, and alignment.
  • Own growth organization structure, headcount planning, and team development.
  • Lead customer acquisition across paid, owned, earned, and emerging channels.
  • Develop paid media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Launch and scale TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, creator partnerships, social commerce, and marketplaces.
  • Manage paid media agencies and external acquisition partners.
  • Oversee ecommerce strategy, including site experience, merchandising, conversion, checkout, and platform investments.
  • Oversee retention and lifecycle strategies focused on customer lifetime value, loyalty, and repeat purchases.
  • Represent growth strategy in executive and board-level discussions and guide investment decisions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in growth and P&L ownership.
  • Proven full-funnel growth leadership within a direct-to-consumer, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
  • Experience managing directors or senior managers across acquisition, retention, or ecommerce.
  • Deep expertise in paid social, paid search, media buying, and performance marketing.
  • Experience launching or scaling TikTok Shop and/or affiliate programs.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce, conversion optimization, merchandising, LTV, loyalty, email, and SMS.
  • Strong analytical ability to connect acquisition, ecommerce, and retention data.
  • Track record of scaling revenue through data-driven, full-lifecycle strategies.
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
  • Executive presence, strong communication skills, and comfort presenting to senior leadership and boards.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Interest in fashion, lifestyle, and community-driven brands.
  • Based in the United States or Canada and available for occasional domestic or international travel.

Benefits

  • Annual salary of $225,000–$275,000.
  • Performance bonus.
  • Four weeks of paid vacation annually.
