Description

  • Define and evolve a multi-year global rewards philosophy that balances market competitiveness with SeatGeek’s culture.
  • Advise the CEO, CFO, and CHRO on total rewards strategy and prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings.
  • Design innovative equity programs that align with long-term shareholder value.
  • Partner with Finance to build models for merit cycles, promotions, equity burn rates, overhang, and dilution.
  • Translate cap table and equity data into clear forecasts and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
  • Lead efforts to improve employee understanding of compensation, equity, benefits, and perks.
  • Drive the use of AI and automation to streamline HR operations and internal processes.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of compensation, benefits, and operations professionals.

Requirements

  • 14+ years of experience in Total Rewards or Management Consulting.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading teams in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Deep understanding of equity mechanics, including RSUs and options.
  • Ability to calculate and track burn rates, overhang, and dilution.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience with cap table data.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, especially in Google Sheets or similar tools.
  • Experience using data visualization to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments and pivot between board-level and operational work.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge the status quo constructively.
  • Preferred: experience leveraging AI and automation in HR operations.
