Description

  • Conduct in-depth qualification of 100+ leads per day following the established lead process.
  • Use the CRM to contact prospective patients by text, email, and phone to arrange in-clinic or virtual consultations.
  • Track and meet assigned KPIs and sales goals.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably inside sales, or customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls and chats, including 100+ per day.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Experience using a CRM tool.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Full-time availability, including weekends as required (Saturdays and/or Sundays).
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred but not required.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to sit or stand intermittently for 8-12 hour shifts.
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 25 pounds.
