Description

  • Map the expert universe for assigned industry verticals.
  • Source and vet high-value channel partners, customers, and other market participants.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key channel sources.
  • Drive email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to recruit best-fit experts.
  • Conduct vetting calls to confirm an expert’s role, recency, and perspective.
  • Negotiate honoraria while balancing insight value and cost discipline.
  • Develop and maintain target lists of distributors, resellers, customers, and other participants aligned to quarterly coverage priorities.
  • Create and update interview guides tailored to each call type, sector, and expert profile.
  • Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot expert interviews while capturing real-time highlights.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and workflow tools and uphold data privacy and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Early-career professional background with the ability to manage fast-turnaround projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets while working collaboratively.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities and new challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to document relevant experience precisely.
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and other outreach methods.
  • Interest in learning industry trends and quickly identifying strong expert candidates.
  • Goal-oriented mindset focused on delivering the best expert profiles efficiently.
  • Experience with CRM and workflow tools preferred.
