Description

  • Own an assigned sales vertical and turn it into a contract-generating pipeline.
  • Build prospect lists, scripts, and outreach approaches for a specific industry.
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to businesses with open roles and position ScaleSource as a hiring solution.
  • Handle objections and move prospects through the sales process toward a signed contract.
  • Manage your pipeline in the CRM from lead source to booked call to closed deal.
  • Launch lead generation efforts for the assigned vertical.
  • Build and improve funnel tracking, reporting, and visibility systems.
  • Create or improve funnel automations to support sales operations.
  • Meet a 90-day target of closing 6 new contracts and building the core funnel system.
  • Drive ongoing monthly performance of 4+ new contracts after the initial ramp period.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling to U.S.-based business owners or decision-makers is preferred.
  • High-volume outbound calling experience.
  • Experience owning or managing a measurable funnel with at least 4 tracked stages.
  • Experience managing weekly KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, pipeline reporting, or performance reporting.
  • Experience building or managing at least 3 funnel automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRM workflows, ATS workflows, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools.
  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Ability to overlap with U.S. business hours, with Central Time preferred.
  • Daily use of AI tools to speed up research, prep, and follow-up.
