Description

  • Own inbound and outbound customer communication across phone, email, SMS, and chat.
  • Manage appointments end to end, including scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, reminders, and light service recovery.
  • Maintain CRM and help desk records with accurate notes, tags, statuses, dispositions, and follow-up tasks.
  • Provide routine administrative support to franchise locations so managers and owners can focus on operations and sales.
  • Handle billing issues, complaints, franchisee matters, and urgent escalations using established SOPs and escalation paths.
  • Maintain fast response times and manage high daily interaction volume without sacrificing quality or tone.
  • Ensure no leads, conversations, tasks, or appointments are dropped across locations.
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with customers and internal teams.
  • Follow onboarding SOPs and use sound judgment when resolving issues under pressure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing or administrative support roles.
  • Proven ability to handle 60+ customer interactions per day for at least 6 consecutive months.
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM or help desk platforms such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, or ServiceTitan.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours overlap for a minimum of 6 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • Strong performance track record such as 90%+ QA, 4.5/5+ CSAT, or passing a top-tier writing and audio assessment.
  • Professional home office setup and reliable internet connection.
  • Introductory video submission required as part of the recruitment process.
