Description

  • Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of physicians or registered nurses.
  • Deliver customer service to patients and their families in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Handle patient inquiries and concerns promptly while supporting a positive patient experience.
  • Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers and other staff to support seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, billing, and insurance verification.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Manage patient communications through the portal, including medication-related concerns.
  • Perform basic triage and escalate patient needs when necessary.

Requirements

  • Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse designation.
  • Previous experience working with patients or in a medical practice setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency handling patient interactions over the phone.
  • Experience managing patient communications through a portal.
  • Knowledge of GLP1s and peptides to support safe and efficient patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps and the ability to support work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
