Description

  • Lead system integration projects with customer development teams, Samsara partners, and third-party systems integrators.
  • Design, develop, and define complex project scopes, technical specifications, and business requirements from discovery through delivery.
  • Plan and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, risk, and delivery commitments.
  • Build robust and scalable integration architectures for use cases such as real-time data streaming, event subscriptions, and batch processing.
  • Build, test, validate, and review code to ensure completeness and high-quality deliverables.
  • Advise customers and implementation teams on integration best practices and document technical guidance for Samsara APIs and products.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with technical support to advocate for customer fixes.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide actionable feedback to peers and partners.
  • Share integration best practices with the product team and developer community while advocating for customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Developer Ecosystem team to improve API experience and features, and contribute to Professional Services tools and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish fluency with good speaking and working proficiency.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing integration solutions using proven architecture methodologies.
  • Experience gathering data integration requirements and translating them into technical data designs.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand code in Python plus one additional language such as JavaScript or AppScript.
  • Proficiency with LLM-based tools for code generation, prompt engineering, automation, and developer productivity.
  • Experience with agentic workflows, including design, orchestration, and deployment of multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and modern databases.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, and data visualization concepts is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with customer evaluations and deployments, with the ability to manage multiple engagements in parallel.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and work with stakeholders including C-level executives.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  • Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience building and supporting enterprise-scale integrations or API scripting is preferred.
  • Experience configuring and deploying complex technical solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with B2B system integration projects and workflows is preferred.
  • Experience with fleets, logistics, hardware gadgets, sensors, or vehicles is a plus.
  • Understanding of vehicle diagnostic systems is a plus.

  • Annual base salary of $87,465 to $117,600 USD.
