Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with sales representatives, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with the sales organization to support the execution of prospective and expansion deals.
  • Use technical knowledge to act as a trusted partner to sales and services.
  • Gain deep knowledge of HubSpot products to propose better solutions.
  • Understand customer challenges and translate them into technical value that supports business goals and objectives.
  • Participate in and help direct presales, sales, and broader business projects.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Dutch.
  • 6+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, sales, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with internal teams, stakeholders, and external customers.
  • Comfort with admitting mistakes and using actionable feedback to learn and grow.
  • Strong collaboration mindset and motivation for self-development.
  • Alignment with HubSpot's HEART values.
  • Ability to keep up with frequent HubSpot product updates and new features.
  • Experience in a role involving technical value selling is preferred.
