Description

  • Lead discovery workshops and translate ambiguous client goals into clear, technically credible solution architectures.
  • Own the solution narrative across EOI, RFI, RFP, oral presentations, and executive briefings.
  • Build decks, narratives, and pricing models that position the company competitively.
  • Provide high-level pricing estimates tied to value and ROI across software, hardware, cloud, and tooling for POC, MVP, and commercial models.
  • Design solutions spanning applications, infrastructure, security, cloud, and tooling across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Incorporate AI use cases such as agentic automation, private AI stacks, and model-integrated applications into solution design.
  • Partner with Sales on deal strategy, qualification, and pursuit planning.
  • Work with Delivery Leaders to ensure proposed solutions are buildable, profitable, and differentiated.
  • Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Marketing to evolve go-to-market playbooks, sales assets, and repeatable offerings.
  • Mentor junior solution engineers and architects while contributing reusable messaging, templates, and pricing frameworks.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting roles in IT services, SaaS, cloud, or AI-led solutions.
  • Proven ability to influence or close $1M+ services deals, with multi-tower or multi-year deals preferred.
  • Hands-on understanding of services delivery, including SDLC, cloud migrations, modernization, architecture patterns, and infrastructure operations.
  • Experience designing or positioning solutions with AI integration, agent workflows, automation, or model-enhanced applications such as copilots and RAG systems.
  • Ability to build defensible pricing models across T&M, fixed-price, managed services, and outcome-based structures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with distributed global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Technical breadth across applications, infrastructure, security, and cloud, with depth in at least one practice area.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern data and AI stacks such as Snowflake, Databricks, vector databases, and LLM orchestration frameworks is a plus.
  • Background in consulting-led environments such as Big 4 firms, global SIs, or boutique consulting firms is a plus.
  • Industry experience in BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or similar sectors is a plus.
