Description

  • Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts.
  • Own customer engagements end-to-end from prospecting and qualification through close.
  • Run solution-based sales processes across complex sales campaigns.
  • Manage enterprise deals involving POCs, multiple stakeholders, trials, and pricing negotiations.
  • Sell to executives and C-level decision-makers.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Proven ability to win new business logos through a repeatable sales motion.
  • Strong strategic outbound prospecting experience, particularly in inside sales.
  • Track record of consistent quota overachievement in enterprise accounts, including multiple $100k+ ARR transactions.
  • Experience managing enterprise deal sizes with multiple C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with value-based selling.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based remotely in the UK and willing to travel to meet customers as needed.
  • SaaS sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with line-of-business stakeholders such as Operations, Finance, and IT is preferred.
  • MEDDIC or similar sales methodology experience is preferred.
  • Awards or recognition for top achievement, such as President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, or Top 10%, is preferred.
