Description

  • Follow up on marketing-qualified leads in the market you support.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in Mandarin or the customer’s preferred language.
  • Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s preferred language.
  • Convert inbound demand and generate new opportunities through referrals.
  • Build trusted relationships with restaurateurs and identify each restaurant’s needs.
  • Recommend how Toast’s end-to-end platform can help restaurants run better.
  • Ensure the onboarding team and customer are set up for success after the sale.
  • Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
  • Close contracts and drive new customer acquisition through calls and demos.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin is required.
  • 1+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing sales role, restaurant operations, or a related field/industry.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.
  • General technical proficiency with software.
  • Experience using Salesforce to track sales activities is preferred.
  • Sandler Sales Training is preferred.
  • Applicants must not require work visa sponsorship for this role.
  • The application and interview process will be conducted primarily in English.

  • Total Targeted Cash compensation of $128,000 to $205,000 USD.
  • Role qualifies for uncapped commissions.
