Description

  • Identify and expand new opportunities within 2-3 top existing accounts across multiple functions and business lines.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with current customers.
  • Create and execute strategic plans for a defined account set.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
  • Generate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Explain the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to customers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Handle quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
  • Work closely with customers during the trial phase and hand off relationships to Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
  • Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment, ideally as a top 10% performer.
  • Strong communication skills across in-person, virtual, and written channels.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships both remotely and in person.
  • Experience in high-velocity technology companies.
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious, and collaborative mindset.
  • Experience using Salesforce (preferred).
  • Familiarity with open source technology is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.
