Description

  • Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification through close.
  • Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Target accounts with 11 to 30 vehicles.
  • Manage high-volume transactional sales processes.
  • Handle proof-of-concept sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • Sell to owners, safety managers, and operational managers.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.
  • Build and maintain genuine customer relationships over time.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a closing sales role.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
  • Experience selling commercial solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling.
  • Experience in fast-paced, transactional sales environments.
  • Ability to work remotely from Canada.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to collaborate with teammates and throughout the sales process.
  • SFDC familiarity.
  • Experience working with multi-stakeholder sales cycles is preferred.
  • Experience handling small deal sizes in the $5,000 to $20,000 range is preferred.
