Description

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify, target, and prioritize strategic accounts that fit the ideal customer profile using outbound cadences.
  • Own marketing leads and develop them into qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Understand hospital pharmacy and compliance challenges and articulate how Bluesight addresses those pain points.
  • Establish new business relationships with prospective customers and support a seamless handoff to sales executives.
  • Document, track, and monitor all leads and activities in Salesforce and Apollo.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to develop new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or a sales department.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone and email.
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of a company in a professional and articulate manner.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, listening skills, and empathy.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage a diversified workload.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High energy and achievement-driven mindset.
  • Adaptive and flexible, with openness to feedback and coaching.
  • Passion for helping customers solve complex problems with innovative technology.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Definitive Healthcare, preferred.
