Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and text messaging.
  • Identify, engage, and build rapport with prospective leads across assigned campaigns.
  • Qualify prospects through discovery conversations and determine next steps.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and maintain follow-up until a clear outcome is reached.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, activity logs, and pipeline updates.
  • Track follow-ups, lead status, and overall pipeline progression.
  • Coordinate handoffs of qualified opportunities to recruiting teams or sales leadership.
  • Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach, qualification, and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach effectiveness and share market feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Ability to follow structured sales processes and scripts.
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup.
  • Availability during U.S. Central Time business hours.
  • Previous experience in Sales Development (SDR), Business Development (BDR), outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or recruiting is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales metrics and pipeline management is preferred.
  • Experience in performance-driven or commission-based environments is preferred.
