Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advisor for assigned clients.
  • Advise clients on their people development strategy to help meet business objectives.
  • Onboard new customers through demos and product training.
  • Monitor customer engagement and track account health proactively.
  • Review data and performance metrics with clients to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business review meetings with clients.
  • Identify and unlock upsell opportunities to increase client impact and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to share customer insights and support growth.

Requirements

  • Native verbal and written fluency in English.
  • Strong data fluency and ability to interpret customer and usage data.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Account Manager roles with enterprise clients.
  • Experience building relationships with multiple stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Strong business acumen and fluency in business terminology.
  • Experience as a freelancer or in a startup environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Ability to spot growth and development opportunities within accounts.
  • Strong ability to set, meet, and exceed KPIs and performance goals.
  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and comfortable working with limited structure and processes.
