Description

  • Support customers, Suite Account Managers, and Account Executives through contract renewals and renewal negotiations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and contractual documents for internal renewal meetings.
  • Engage clients to understand renewal goals and align outcomes with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and related details to retain revenue and secure favorable renewal outcomes.
  • Partner with SAMs, AEs, Technical Account Managers, and Finance to support revenue retention goals.
  • Extend contracts for multiple years and manage annual or CPI-based increases and product additions.
  • Develop an understanding of customer contracts, NiCE billing methods, products, and services.
  • Monitor competitors and develop counteroffer strategies to improve retention.
  • Track renewal performance and revenue growth using tools such as Salesforce and Excel.
  • Identify risks in renewal opportunities and recommend actions to reduce exposure.
  • Create contract documents, presentations, emails, and spreadsheets to support contract management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in contract negotiation.
  • 4+ years of experience in contact center or service delivery.
  • Experience with SaaS billing models.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting customer contract timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little to no daily supervision.
  • Ability to pivot between multiple negotiation projects and multitask responsibilities.
  • Strong adaptability and responsiveness in changing or uncertain environments.
  • Experience tracking and reporting renewal metrics such as renewal rates.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior customer stakeholders such as CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Account management or sales experience is preferred.
