Description

  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects across the Netherlands and DACH.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key automotive clients, dealer groups, and OEM relationships.
  • Build relationships with decision makers and communicate Keyloop’s business impact.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform product development and innovation.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling of additional services.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, professional services, and technical teams to meet client needs.
  • Manage the full sales funnel from prospecting and qualification through closing.
  • Develop multi-year strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and company goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and progress toward targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience selling technology solutions with ROI tied to business process change or optimization.
  • Experience using AI in sales to enhance sales effectiveness and capability.
  • Demonstrated structured sales approach covering prospecting, contact management, qualification, presentation, objection handling, and closing.
  • Ability to analyze markets objectively and identify relevant target prospects.
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts and secure new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and well-developed commercial and financial acumen.
  • Ability to analyze client data and market trends to drive growth.
  • Highly computer literate with familiarity in CRM/SFA systems.
  • Academic qualifications are not required; selection is based on experience and potential.
