Description

  • Develop, evaluate, and continuously optimize the local sales strategy.
  • Identify potential customers for office, meeting, and event offerings and build segment-specific prospect databases.
  • Represent Ruby Workspaces as a brand ambassador at relevant events and industry gatherings while expanding the network.
  • Plan and coordinate sales campaigns with the marketing team and support pre-opening efforts for new workspaces through mailings and follow-ups.
  • Take functional ownership of the sales team and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Support employee development, strengthen retention, and foster a motivating, appreciative work environment.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of community events.
  • Research, contact, and negotiate partnerships with potential partners and independently develop existing corporate clients.
  • Own regular reporting, including monthly reports, and help build a standardized reporting tool.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in sales.
  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable field.
  • International experience.
  • A warm, confident, and team-oriented personality.
  • Experience leading and motivating teams, including remote teams.
  • Strong active listening, attentive conversation skills, and rhetorical ability.
  • Proven experience in active prospecting and face-to-face sales.
  • Ability to build and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
