Description

  • Own the full enablement lifecycle for Sales, Account Management, and other revenue-facing teams, including onboarding, ramp, training, certification, and ongoing skill development.
  • Design, build, and deliver enablement programs while establishing a scalable enablement function.
  • Develop and execute a revenue enablement strategy aligned to company goals, sales methodology, and performance metrics in partnership with Revenue leadership.
  • Build and maintain enablement content such as playbooks, battle cards, competitive intelligence, objection handling guides, and onboarding curricula.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to provide timely and actionable information across the buyer journey.
  • Measure enablement effectiveness by tracking ramp time, productivity, training completion, and revenue impact, then use insights to improve programs.
  • Leverage AI tools, including Anthropic's Claude, to accelerate content creation, personalize learning, and automate enablement workflows.
  • Support readiness initiatives tied to growth milestones such as M&A integration or IPO preparation.
  • Identify and implement scalable enablement technologies, including LMS, sales readiness platforms, and content management tools.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of Revenue Enablement or Sales Enablement experience, including time in a hands-on individual contributor role.
  • Demonstrated player-coach experience, with the ability to build programs and mentor or manage a team.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup at Series B stage or later, or experience supporting an IPO or M&A process.
  • Proven ability to build enablement infrastructure from scratch in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
  • Strong command of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPICED.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools, including Anthropic's Claude, to develop content or streamline workflows.
  • Experience defining enablement KPIs and reporting program impact to senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and moving quickly with incomplete information.
  • Experience with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce, SaaS, or marketplace business models is a plus.
