Description

  • Drive regional growth by acquiring new veterinarians and re-engaging inactive users.
  • Build relationships with independent veterinarians to understand their preferences, availability, and goals.
  • Match veterinarians to relevant hospital shifts based on skill fit, geography, and timing.
  • Lead local recruitment and networking events such as CE dinners and happy hours to build awareness and engagement.
  • Execute high-volume outreach across phone, text, email, and LinkedIn using structured, data-driven workflows.
  • Manage and prioritize a prospect pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Drive fast activation by encouraging newly signed-up veterinarians to request and fill shifts.
  • Use data and engagement signals to optimize outreach timing and conversion.
  • Continuously re-engage inactive veterinarians with relevant opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or field marketing with high-volume outbound outreach experience.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines, run sequences, and work from dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Comfort using data-informed workflows and engagement signals to prioritize work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including cold outreach and discovery conversations.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments and take on multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience in the veterinary, healthcare, or staffing/marketplace industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with independent professionals such as freelancers, contractors, or gig workers is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools such as Claude or ChatGPT is preferred.
  • Experience planning and executing local field events as an acquisition or engagement channel is preferred.
  • Track record of exceeding outbound KPIs in a metrics-driven environment is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $98,000-$125,000 for Tier 1 locations, $88,000-$115,000 for Tier 2, $85,000-$110,000 for Tier 3, and $78,000-$100,000 for Tier 4.
  • 15% variable compensation based on performance.
  • Remote-first company with a hybrid arrangement for candidates based in San Francisco.
