Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with SMB restaurant partners, franchise groups, and restaurant chains.
  • Research the market to identify and develop new business opportunities and potential partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and analyze partner performance to support revenue growth, retention, and platform adoption.
  • Support partner onboarding, including contract processes, system registration, and initial training.
  • Prepare market research and presentation materials and support senior managers in important meetings.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate partner and sales activity records in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Fluent Japanese communication skills; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new tools and systems, including CRM systems.
  • Experience in customer service or sales support through part-time work or internships (preferred).
  • Strong interest in the food and beverage (F&B) industry, or prior experience in the industry (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of Japanese business culture and general business etiquette (preferred).
