Description

  • Develop and execute the UK market strategy to drive business growth, user acquisition, market penetration, and revenue generation.
  • Oversee local business operations and ensure alignment with global objectives and operational excellence.
  • Lead marketing initiatives, brand awareness campaigns, community engagement, and strategic partnerships for the UK market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regulators, financial institutions, payment partners, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor the UK cryptocurrency market, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Marketing, and Engineering teams to launch and scale products in the UK.
  • Ensure business activities comply with UK regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and media engagements to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop the local team and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Track business performance through KPIs and provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, commercial leadership, marketing, or general management.
  • Proven experience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, digital assets, or financial services industry.
  • Previous experience leading business operations or serving as Country Manager, Regional Manager, or General Manager within the UK market is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the UK financial services ecosystem, cryptocurrency regulations, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and driving measurable business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
