Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 1,000+ customer accounts across different stages of the Roofr journey.
  • Own customer success and expansion revenue for your book of business as the primary commercial contact.
  • Develop and execute proactive account strategies by segment to maximize customer value.
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
  • Proactively address churn risks to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Implementation, Revenue Operations, and Customer Support to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Work closely with the Implementation team to support smooth account setup and ongoing account health.
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics including Expansion MRR, Contraction MRR, Net MRR, Retention Rate, Churn Rate, and NPS.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Account Management, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success managing a large book of business, ideally 1,000+ accounts, across self-serve and sales-assisted buying flows.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue through upsell, cross-sell, or expansion sales motions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially Account Executives and Implementation teams.
  • Track record of driving growth through customer retention and expansion strategies.
  • Strong understanding of metrics such as MRR, churn, retention, and NPS.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
