Description

  • Own executive relationships at enterprise accounts to grow revenue and drive renewals and expansions.
  • Build and manage long-term strategic account plans with multi-quarter expansion roadmaps.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and the Insights & Analytics team to identify upsell opportunities and executive introductions.
  • Lead the end-to-end renewal strategy with a 90-day runway and manage the full deal cycle.
  • Run client discovery on advanced solutions and new products to uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear business value for VP- and C-suite-level stakeholders.
  • Mobilize cross-functional resources to support account strategy and close complex deals.
  • Manage client expectations, escalations, and internal alignment while protecting client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in high-velocity, consultative new business sales.
  • Experience building multi-threaded relationships with VP and C-suite executives.
  • Comfort selling complex, multi-SKU data products and working with Product/Engineering teams.
  • Ability to speak to programming, audience measurement, and subscriber growth concepts.
  • Experience translating data into strategic questions relevant to media and entertainment leaders.
  • Strong collaboration skills in shared-ownership environments with account leads, Customer Success, and Insights teams.
  • Ability to anticipate risk, manage escalations, and serve as a trusted client advisor.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with an understanding of business finance, budgets, contract terms, and ROI.
  • Ability to work during US business hours; preferably based in an Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zone.
  • Remote-first work arrangement; candidates should be able to work from anywhere in the US.

  • Total annual earnings of $225,000 to $300,000, including base salary and a performance-based quarterly bonus.
