Description

  • Collaborate with EverDriven departments, transportation providers, school districts, and parents to support daily transportation operations.
  • Manage the daily service of accounts and assist with recruiting, vetting, and credentialing third-party transportation providers.
  • Oversee field operations, including new client start-ups, client retention, account development, and growth of existing accounts.
  • Improve service quality, productivity, and cost efficiency while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between EverDriven and clients by providing guidance, direction, and feedback.
  • Monitor local transportation performance against contract terms, conditions, and specifications.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient environment for passengers, contractors, and the public by managing regulatory and client policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain communication with contractors, community officials, and agency staff.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to document provider information, operations, maintenance, and safety inspections.
  • Support compliance with safety rules, contract requirements, and HIPAA-related handling of electronic protected health information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in transportation and/or operations is preferred.
  • Strong professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of customers and service providers.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems dynamically.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory.
  • Passing a drug screen and background check is a condition of employment.
  • Must live within the Kansas City territory for this remote role.
