Description

  • Work with EverDriven teams, transportation providers, school districts, and parents to ensure students are transported safely and on time.
  • Manage daily account service and support recruiting, vetting, and credentialing of third-party transportation providers.
  • Oversee field operations, including new client start-ups, client retention, account development, and growth of existing accounts.
  • Identify, escalate, and help resolve daily service challenges and deficiencies while maintaining strong customer service.
  • Drive continuous improvement in a safe, efficient, and effective transportation system.
  • Act as a liaison between EverDriven and clients by providing guidance, direction, and feedback.
  • Monitor local transportation performance to ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and specifications.
  • Maintain open communication with contractors, community officials, and agency staff.
  • Cooperate with internal departments to maintain documentation for provider information, operations, and safety inspections.
  • Follow regulatory and client safety rules and support HIPAA-compliant handling of ePHI as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in transportation and/or operations is preferred.
  • Strong professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse customers and service providers.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems dynamically.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check as a condition of employment.
  • Ability to travel daily as required.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.
