Description

  • Support EverDriven’s transportation services and daily account operations within an assigned territory.
  • Provide customer service, identify service issues, and escalate daily challenges or deficiencies as needed.
  • Manage and oversee field operations, including new client start-ups, client retention, account development, and growth of existing accounts.
  • Recruit, vet, and credential third-party transportation service providers.
  • Improve the safety, efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality of transportation service delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between EverDriven, clients, contractors, community officials, and agency staff.
  • Monitor local transportation performance to ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and specifications.
  • Maintain open communication channels with project contractors, community officials, and agency staff.
  • Coordinate documentation related to provider information, operations, maintenance, and safety inspections.
  • Follow safety rules and regulatory/client policy requirements, including handling ePHI in compliance with HIPAA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience in transportation and/or operations preferred.
  • Strong professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse customers and service providers.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems dynamically.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check as a condition of employment.
  • Ability to travel daily as required.
  • Must live within the Nevada service territory for this remote role.
