Description

  • Work with the Chief Growth Officer to turn growth strategy into executable revenue plans across multiple business lines.
  • Proactively source, qualify, and advance outbound opportunities across enterprise brands, emerging brands, data platform offerings, future services, and strategic partnerships.
  • Use syndicated data such as SPINS to identify, target, and prioritize high-fit brands and opportunities.
  • Manage early-stage growth from opportunity discovery through a healthy, active pipeline and close.
  • Represent the organization in the Natural CPG industry by building trusted relationships and expanding market reach.
  • Track emerging growth channels such as DTC brands, creator-led brands, and social platforms and translate trends into partnership and revenue opportunities.
  • Build relationships with internal teams, executive stakeholders, brand partners, strategic partners, and industry contacts.
  • Identify opportunities within the current portfolio to expand into broader coverage models and create value-add offers.
  • Develop sales and partnership materials, including pitch decks, enterprise sales materials, executive presentations, ROI models, and value proposition collateral.
  • Maintain CRM reporting on active opportunities, revenue potential, win rates, time to close, and performance by growth channel.

Requirements

  • Deeply connected network in the Natural Foods / CPG industry with the ability to create opportunities through relationships.
  • Experience sourcing and advancing deals through outbound outreach and relationship-building.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging founders, executives, and internal teams.
  • Highly skilled at building compelling decks and materials that communicate value and win business.
  • Operationally strong with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and keep a dynamic pipeline organized.
  • Sharp awareness of emerging brands and categories in Natural CPG.
  • Experience using syndicated data tools such as SPINS, Aislytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working alongside and supporting C-level executives.
  • Resourceful, scrappy, and able to drive deals forward with urgency and ownership.
  • Mission-aligned with organizations focused on people and planet over profit.
