Description

  • Own the ongoing definition, validation, and refresh of the Ideal Client Profile across new business and expansion motions.
  • Build and maintain account-level scoring models using firmographic, technographic, behavioral, and intent signals.
  • Design account tiering and prioritization frameworks to focus AE effort on the highest-propensity opportunities.
  • Conduct whitespace, TAM/SAM, and segment penetration analysis to identify under-served opportunities globally.
  • Provide analytical inputs into territory design, named-account selection, annual planning, QBR preparation, and board narratives.
  • Map buying committees on won and lost deals to identify personas that drive successful outcomes and reveal contact gaps.
  • Define contact data quality standards in Salesforce and design enrichment logic for what data to acquire and when.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and manage data enrichment vendors and contact data strategy.
  • Track market trends, competitor moves, and external signals relevant to ICP and segment strategy.
  • Partner with Sales leadership, Marketing, and Enablement to align targeting, campaigns, ABM, and persona-led outreach.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, commercial analytics, market research, or an equivalent analytical role.
  • Experience manipulating large amounts of data in Excel; SQL or other relational database experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM, and willingness to learn new technology systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into a clear narrative for senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision and a high level of motivation.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude to accelerate communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, or documentation.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field or discipline preferred.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, or Power BI.
  • Experience designing or refining ICP, account scoring, or segmentation frameworks.
  • Experience with data enrichment vendors such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, or 6Sense and contact data strategy.
  • Ability to translate complex findings in a structured and clear manner to non-technical audiences.
