Description

  • Own the Client Data Visualization product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a client-facing impact dashboard.
  • Define and deliver KPI-driven dashboards that demonstrate measurable business outcomes and platform value.
  • Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Client Success on metrics, data models, and insight pipelines.
  • Translate complex datasets into intuitive, actionable visualizations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Establish, track, and act on success metrics for dashboard adoption, engagement, and client outcomes.
  • Synthesize client feedback from interviews, support tickets, and surveys to identify themes and priorities.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all surfaced insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, align priorities, and deliver efficiently.
  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch, including PRDs, testing, QA, release management, and adoption.
  • Drive roadmap prioritization and make trade-off decisions independently while incorporating data and AI-assisted insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with enterprise products in eCommerce or marketplace platforms.
  • Strong experience building KPI-driven products, client-facing dashboards, or reporting tools.
  • Experience working with Data Science and Engineering on data modeling, pipelines, and analytics infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of metrics, experimentation, and product iteration based on user behavior and usage data.
  • Experience as a Product Manager on AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data and insights platforms.
  • Experience managing the full product development lifecycle and measuring feature impact on the business.
  • Experience driving strategy and execution across complex, integrated software ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools for research synthesis, prototyping, documentation, and data exploration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage multiple projects, and present product strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred.
  • PM experience at a top tech company or fast-growing startup, preferably in eCommerce, preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, charting libraries, or BI platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or D3.js, preferred.
  • Experience working on a global product management team, preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $130,000-$195,000 per year.
  • Discretionary bonus of 10% of annual base salary.
