Description

  • Own the post-sale lifecycle for named enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal readiness.
  • Build and maintain executive and operational relationships across financial services and corporate clients.
  • Lead structured success planning and Executive Business Reviews focused on value realisation.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate retention risks and customer health concerns.
  • Identify and close organic expansion opportunities in collaboration with the Head of Customer and Partner Success & Growth.
  • Improve cross-functional handovers between Delivery, CSG, and Support to ensure continuity and accountability.
  • Act as the primary voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and leadership.
  • Own the full channel partner acquisition lifecycle, including market mapping, outreach, negotiation, and activation.
  • Identify and prioritise target partner types such as SaaS vendors, RegTech platforms, managed service providers, systems integrators, and consulting firms.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Legal to develop partner agreements and enablement materials.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales or account management with a track record of expanding six- and seven-figure ARR accounts.
  • Demonstrable success selling into financial services, professional services, or large corporates, ideally in RegTech, compliance, risk, data, or security software.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise buying processes involving multiple stakeholders, legal, procurement, InfoSec review, and multi-year contract negotiations.
  • Strong commercial instinct with the ability to build value hypotheses, articulate ROI to CFO- and CCO-level stakeholders, and defend pricing under procurement pressure.
  • Excellent forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene, with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM.
  • Comfort operating in a MEDDPICC or similar qualification framework.
  • Curiosity about financial crime, sanctions, and how AI is changing the compliance stack.
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage senior banking and corporate leaders and translate technical capability into business language.
  • Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel across the UK and Europe, with occasional US travel as needed.
  • Direct experience selling into MLRO, financial crime, sanctions, or trust & safety functions.
  • Exposure to AI, data, or analytics products, with comfort discussing model behaviour, accuracy trade-offs, and governance.
