Description

  • Identify and prioritize 20–30 high-value Shopify agencies, BPOs, and CX consultants in North America.
  • Recruit, enable, activate, and manage partners against shared revenue plans.
  • Build partner-specific positioning and talk tracks for different partner types.
  • Develop warm introductions through customers, partners, and the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Run account mapping, co-selling, dinners, roundtables, and focused partner events.
  • Qualify opportunities with partners and remain involved through close, migration, and launch.
  • Create partner tiers, engagement cadences, enablement programs, and support rules.
  • Automate onboarding, payouts, deal registration, and long-tail partner communications.
  • Track partner engagement, re-engage inactive partners, and maintain accurate CRM attribution.
  • Report qualified demos, win rate, closed ARR, and partner concentration monthly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, agency growth, or ecommerce SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a closed revenue target with verifiable results.
  • Established senior relationships with Shopify agencies, BPOs, or CX consultancies.
  • Understanding of agency business models and what drives partner recommendations.
  • Ability to learn products deeply and tailor value propositions for different partner types.
  • Comfort participating in discovery, demos, and commercial conversations.
  • Experience hosting events, attending conferences, traveling frequently, and following up quickly.
  • Analytical ability to distinguish revenue-producing partners from low-value activity and build supporting systems.
  • Experience building partner tiers, health scores, enablement, referral workflows, or joint events preferred.
  • Experience at a Shopify app, ecommerce agency, BPO, customer experience company, or in a commercial P&L preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $145,000–$165,000 USD.
  • $50,000–$55,000 target variable compensation and $195,000–$220,000 target cash compensation.
