Description

  • Handle and manage level 3 support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of reported technical issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, with a focus on database issue debugging and identifying improvements.
  • Investigate database issues and recommend changes to improve performance and stability.
  • Document solutions and procedures for clients clearly and keep the knowledge base up to date.
  • Collaborate on maintaining integration and usage guides for SDKs and APIs, including company-provided examples.
  • Understand and document both product architecture and customer-specific architecture to provide appropriate technical support.
  • Make targeted documentation improvements, including creating and updating sample code.
  • Resolve low-complexity bugs to deepen source code understanding and support overall product stability.

Requirements

  • Student or graduate in software engineering, systems, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming, software analysis, and software design.
  • Previous experience in technical support with ability to solve complex technical problems and debug databases.
  • Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on continuous improvement of products and processes.
  • Knowledge of ITIL v3 fundamentals.
  • Experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
  • Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience working with databases, including optimization using indexes, triggers, stored procedures, and performance tuning techniques.
  • Experience with application and system monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, or Prometheus.
  • Experience integrating and developing RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Familiarity with SaaS service indicators and metrics.
  • Understanding of database issue debugging, SDK and API integration, product and customer architecture, bug fixing, and documentation improvement.
  • Knowledge of the technology stack of the applications under direct responsibility.
  • Experience with task analysis, design, and estimation.
  • Desirable: batch/bash scripting for .bat and .sh files.
  • Desirable: ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Desirable: experience with version control tools such as Git.
  • Desirable: understanding of networks and communication protocols such as TCP/IP and HTTP/HTTPS.
  • Desirable: understanding of security practices and techniques, including authentication, authorization, and cryptography.
