Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle for inbound leads from first contact through contract signature.
  • Maintain a high-volume outbound cadence across phone, email, and LinkedIn to keep prospects engaged.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand prospects’ global expansion goals, compliance needs, and payroll requirements.
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to the pain points identified during discovery.
  • Handle objections with empathy and guide prospects through problem solving and education.
  • Develop proposals and business cases that communicate ROI and strategic value.
  • Support contract negotiations and internal stakeholder alignment during the final decision stage.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and share lead-quality insights.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and data-driven reporting.
  • Stay current on the global hiring landscape and competitor activity to advise clients effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a closing role such as Inside Sales or Account Executive, ideally in a fast-growing tech or SaaS environment.
  • Professional or native fluency in English and at least one other European language; German, French, or Spanish are highly preferred.
  • Comfort working in a high-activity sales environment with X+ daily outbound interactions and active deal meetings.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the target language.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to synthesize complex needs into actionable solutions.
  • Proven ability to handle negotiations in a collaborative and customer-focused manner.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive remote team.
