Description

  • Research target markets to identify potential clients and build a reliable pipeline of leads.
  • Maintain high-volume outbound outreach through daily personalized cold calls and multi-channel engagement.
  • Use a consultative discovery approach to uncover prospect pain points related to global hiring and compliance.
  • Engage prospects by phone, email, and social media to generate interest in RemotePass’s services.
  • Handle objections with patience and empathy while positioning solutions as partnership opportunities.
  • Craft helpful follow-up messages and support leads in securing introductory meetings.
  • Coordinate appointments and demos for account executives or sales managers.
  • Maintain accurate lead activity and progress records in the CRM system.
  • Work toward daily outreach targets and monthly pipeline goals with a focus on quality execution.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve outreach strategies and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a similar role, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Professional or native fluency in English and at least one other European language; German, French, or Spanish are highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the target language, including the ability to navigate business nuances and cultural etiquette.
  • Comfort with high-activity outbound environments and extensive daily phone outreach.
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to synthesize information quickly and adapt conversations based on prospect feedback.
  • Proven ability to handle pushback gracefully and remain curious when addressing common objections.
  • Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Exceptional time-management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an evolving environment.
