Description

  • Monitor assigned cases using case management and billing systems.
  • Provide guidance on travel needs, immigration processes, and business travel or sponsorship cases.
  • Deliver legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery for clients.
  • Own senior-level escalations and support Mobility Specialists across all areas of work.
  • Assist leadership with the management of large projects.
  • Monitor the mobility dashboard and communication channels to meet SLA response times and maintain accurate status reporting.
  • Develop and deliver in-house immigration services to improve revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
  • Mentor and support Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.
  • Create training documentation and support rollouts for new service offerings and process changes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Track immigration law changes and maintain internal documentation to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Apply immigration expertise to resolve complex client cases.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or a similar immigration-related role.
  • Strong understanding of immigration processes and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth, scaling environment is preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
