Description

  • Support planning and administration of the annual compensation cycle for all global employees.
  • Conduct research and analysis for new compensation policies and programs.
  • Manage large datasets, analyze results, and build tools to improve efficiency.
  • Partner with People Operations to configure and enhance compensation processes, rule plans, packages, and equity programs.
  • Collaborate with People Programs, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and L&D on cross-functional talent solutions.
  • Develop enablement and communication plans to educate managers and employees on compensation programs.
  • Evaluate compensation programs for legal compliance, competitiveness, equity, and alignment with compensation philosophy and business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant compensation experience, including global compensation programs and processes, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current trends, and market benchmark data.
  • International compensation experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including building and maintaining complex models.
  • Experience communicating complex ideas and quantitative insights clearly to leaders and employees.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday.
  • Ability to leverage AI to build tools, automate tasks, and improve workflow efficiency (preferred).
  • Experience with equity administration processes in coordination with Equity Management and/or People Operations teams (preferred).
