Description

  • Own performance management operations for the GTM organization, including reviews, calibration cycles, and support for complex cases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and effective ramp experiences.
  • Partner on compensation planning, including promotions, leveling, and calibration decisions.
  • Handle employee relations and performance issues with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Support progression and internal mobility decisions, including defining strong performance across roles.
  • Work with managers on day-to-day team challenges such as underperformance, team dynamics, and organizational changes.
  • Maintain and share people insights and reporting to highlight trends and inform decisions.
  • Identify gaps in people processes and implement practical improvements to make them more effective for managers.
  • Provide direct support to managers and leaders across multiple levels to help them run their teams effectively.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of HR experience, including direct support of GTM or revenue teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or RevOps.
  • Experience running performance review and calibration processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting compensation planning, promotions, and leveling decisions.
  • Strong judgment and experience handling employee relations and performance-related situations.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous or complex people decisions and provide practical guidance.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with leaders at multiple levels.
  • Comfort working with people data and using insights to inform decisions.
  • Comfort operating on a small People team with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered for this position.
  • Experience supporting GTM managers with a practical, partnership-driven approach (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $130,000–$180,000.
