Description

  • Partner with business leaders to identify priorities and develop consistent strategic people plans across the organization.
  • Align people plans, programs, and tools with business objectives and advise on implementation for assigned groups.
  • Contribute to organizational design, including talent structure, job design, and broader workforce planning.
  • Identify current and future talent needs and help design talent management, talent movement, and succession-related solutions.
  • Partner with Diversity and Inclusion to develop and execute business-specific inclusion plans and related initiatives.
  • Lead change management efforts for new structures, programs, processes, and cultural changes.
  • Interpret metrics to monitor leadership performance and design interventions to improve team capability and transformation.
  • Coach managers and leaders to support organizational change and foster an inclusive environment.
  • Work with Employee Relations and senior leaders to provide policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture centers of expertise such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation, and HRIS to implement people programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience required.
  • Typically 12+ years of related experience.
  • Strong exposure to the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Banking or financial services industry experience required.
  • FinTech experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to understand business processes and how software applications interact.
  • Strong business acumen, organizational, influencing, and communication skills.
